One of the most frequent questions received from inquiries are “How do I get started?” At Upscales, getting to know the client is critical, and understanding their vision, goals, and plans for the event and stationery suite is the main focus of the first consultation. We uphold customer service and transparency to the highest degree and with that comes a lot of communication (phone, email, and text). It sounds like an insignificant step because its mundane….. but when you work with Upscales, we make you feel like you are the only client and all of our attention is geared towards you!

The guests were so impressed with the invitations, “They were showing them off to other people!” If you are looking for something above the ordinary Upscales will deliver.
