Company Policy

Shipping Policy: If the customer does not make a preference, all shipments are mailed via UPS with the exception of orders for address servicing. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders once shipped to the client. Most orders shipped in the US take 3-5 business days once shipped. Stationer limits any liability for loss, damage, or failure to deliver due to Force Majeure situation.

International orders take 7-10 business days depending on custom regulations and processing.

Return Policy: All orders are customized to the client and we are not able to accept any returns. Therefore, all sales are final. However, it is a customer service promise to make every attempt to satisfy the client’s needs. If the client notices that the product does not align with the agreed design, the client must immediately notify us via email so that we can promptly process and make appropriate corrections if possible. Cancellation during the project will result in forfeiture of deposit and the billing of all additional labor and expenses incurred by the Stationer/Designer to date.

Privacy Policy: All of our products and services will require personal information including name and address. Furthermore, emails and phone numbers are required for communication. When the above information is provided, it automatically assumes consent for information to potentially be shown for marketing and display purposes. If the client withdraws consent, it must be provided in writing via email to info@upscalescustomcollection.com. All information will be returned to the client and private information will be immediately destroyed. Withdrawing consent does not constitute a refund for the project.
